By accessing and using WellDiem, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

WellDiem is a marketplace platform that connects clients with certified fitness coaches for online coaching services. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment process but are not responsible for the actual coaching services provided by independent coaches.

Coach Requirements

Coaches on WellDiem must:

• Hold valid certifications in their area of expertise
• Complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments
• Maintain professional standards in all client interactions
• Honor their listed availability and package commitments
• Set their own rates and define their service packages

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Payment and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect. WellDiem charges a 10% platform fee on all bookings, which is deducted from the coach's earnings. Prices displayed to clients include all fees. Coaches receive 90% of their listed price. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined by individual coaches. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your chosen coach before booking. Refunds are processed according to the coach's policy and may take 5-10 business days.

Platform Nature and Coach Independence

WellDiem operates as a marketplace platform. All coaches are independent contractors, not employees of WellDiem. We provide the technology infrastructure for connections and payments but do not control or supervise the coaching services provided.

Limitation of Liability

WellDiem is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or the coaching services provided by independent coaches. We act as a facilitator only and do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any coach's services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WellDiem or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Coach-generated content remains the property of individual coaches.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
